Projects
Included below are some of the projects that I have worked on for various management classes.

X-Culture
Over the past few weeks, I have participated in an international consulting project with teammates from all over the world. We worked on a personalized expansion recommendation for the drone education company DARTdrones. Over our time together, we were able to produce various key points where we believe the company needs to hit, in order to be successful overseas (in this case, in Australia).

Uniqlo
Over the course of my 'Global and Sustainable Business Strategy' class, I have worked with a group of peers conducting various analysis for Uniqlo. We focused on Uniqlo's penetration into the North American and European markets and how the company can be successful in their approach.

Relational Theories
In my 'Business Leadership' class, we were tasked with working in group to describe different sections of our textbook and teach them to our class. We utilized the book: Leadership: Theory and Practice by: Peter G. Northouse, to supplement our teaching of the servant and adaptive leadership styles.

Major Employment Laws
As a part of my 'Human Resources Management' course, we were instructed to produce a brief video presentation on a topic we previously covered. This was seen as an opportunity for us to learn from each other and refresh the information we had already learned. My group worked on various employment laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act of 2009.
